Removing Barriers to Well-being.

We are living in a time where it is becoming increasingly common to prioritise the needs of our clients, players, and organisations over our own.

However, I have personally experienced the weight of this expectation for most of my adult life, until about three years ago.

That was when I decided to take action and gradually remove this burden, Brick by brick, to build the life I truly desire.

I am well on my way in this journey, although I must admit it has not been without its challenges. I am in the process of rewiring my mindset, shifting away from the constant hustle, grind, and overworking mentality that I used to have. I am on a path of personal growth and self-prioritisation.

When I first started, I needed a starting point, which is why I decided to write this journal. It has been instrumental in transforming my life, and now I want to provide you with the same opportunity.
